About Me
Hi, I'm Nelsa, a psychosocial recovery coach who loves helping people reset their lives using the wisdom of Tarot and delightful healing power of Crystals.
Trauma, pain and sorrow was the current flowing through my life for many years leading to a complete breakdown and 3 long years of PTSD... I was not prepared to accept that as the end of the story. This fascinating journey led me to seek out alternate healing, for my mind and emotions as well as body.
My work through Child Protection and Adult Mental Health led to me writing a program for Reconceptualising Trauma through Creativity and utilising the talents and abilities inside a person to bring about a new story, one we want to show up in.
Divorced after being married for 32 years and 5 adult children,now grandchildren has given me a lot of experience in how resetting our lives early can be beneficial for all family members, resulting in outcomes that minimise hurt and long lasting suffering, while maximising the strengths and joy of each individual member for a fulfilling future.

Family & Relationship Constellations
During my breakdown the only real help offered to me was heavy duty medication and long term therapies, neither of which was appealing to me and after refusing that I spent the first four months sleeping between 18-22 hours a day and I started having dreams and knowing how to interpret them, writing poems and songs and discovered I now had a crazy wild creativity that lead me to write programs that help people know who they are.
The Family and Relationship Constellations have been designed with that creativity and understanding that when one person in a family suffers everyone is affected but not everyone gets the help they need or in the way they need it.
The Tarot and Crystals bring a wisdom and healing in a fun and joyful way that help you reset your life, family and relationships, both romantic and platonic.
